Chances are you're familiar with COTE, the upscale Korean Steakhouse with outposts in both NYC and Miami. You might not, however, be familiar with Amy Zhou, one of the major players behind the see-and-be-seen favorite. The 29-year-old is a partner and director of operations of the hot spot and also co-founded Wine Empowered, a nonprofit that provides wine education and mentoring to up-and-coming sommeliers and hospitality professionals, particularly women and BIPOC.
