Rivera bought a new home in upstate New York, launched a new company, and had a new baby - all in a span of a few months. The founder of clean hair-care brand Ceremonia, who also calls Brooklyn Heights home, is mama to daughter Alma, whom she welcomed in the fall with former Tictail CEO and current Shopify VP husband, Carl Rivera.
