With New York's first heatwave of the season just around the corner, your best bet might just be to go minus - Minus5, to be exact. Located in the New York Hilton in Midtown, Minus5 is literally the coolest bar in the city, made completely of ice. Kept at minus five degrees Celsius at all times, the space's furniture, bar, artwork, and glasses are all frozen solid. We're getting chilly just thinking about it!
