One of our favorite signs that summer is just around the corner? The reopening of seasonal, outdoor watering holes. This time around, of course, things are a little different here in the city - but refreshing al fresco drinks are thankfully still on the menu.
This week, the Soho Grand's tropical oasis, Gilligan's, has once again swung open its doors (well, gates) to bring New Yorkers a taste of brighter days. While we can't congregate amidst the plush plants just yet, we can order their beachy specialties, like lobster rolls and shrimp spaghetti, for takeout and delivery.
And yes, that includes cocktails. From matcha coladas to their Instagram-famous frozen watermelon margaritas, the summer sips are available to transport you out of the city and onto the mental vacation of your dreams. St. Barts, perhaps?
