Bar Centrale
Hidden inside a brownstone, Bar Centrale in Hell's Kitchen looks like every other apartment on the block. The inside however, is a super-cool bar smack in the middle of the theatre district. You should definitely make a reservation if you want a table, but if you pop in after a Broadway show, you're likely to see one of the stars there having a nightcap.
