The Insta Story Response
Though we've all been on both ends of this injustice, it is an injustice nonetheless. If you're waiting on an email or text back from someone and they're clearly on their phone, posting Tweets or Instagram stories or whatever, it is perfectly acceptable to respond to their post. Do not mention the message they're avoiding. But now they know that you know that they know they need to respond.
