Wear Comfy Shoes
Meeting spots aren't necessarily near the secret location, and since you'll be carrying tables, chairs, cutlery, and flatware (no plastic, FYI!), possibly on the subway and for many blocks, Christine urges attendees to wear comfy shoes for the journey, and not over-pack. You can bring heels to put on once you're settled, but you'll definitely want to follow this advice.
