Chef/owner Hong Thaimee, a former model, certainly knows how make food dishes that not only taste great, but also look beautiful. Her once-a-month, three-hour classes have different focuses each month, with past favorites including Thai Breakfast (rice porridge and thai pancakes) and Thai New Years, which comes in April and includes a bevy of vegetable dishes that are perfect for spring.
