Whether you've just returned to the city or have been sticking it out here for months, chances are you're desperate for something - anything! - to look forward to this fall. Well, lucky for you Sterling McDavid has all the right ideas.
The Founder of luxury fashion brand Burnett New York and the super cool do-good Starling Project has her fall on the Upper West Side planned to perfection. I mean, vegan apple cider donuts? You know there's absolutely no way you're not going to check those out immediately!
And should you also be in need of some serious style inspiration for the coming season, look no further than her brand's statement-making scarf masks, which Sterling will be sporting on all of her uptown adventures. Très chic, non?
Check out Sterling's top five things to do this fall!
1. Central Park's Hidden Conservatory Garden
This is where I will be picnicking with friends in fall foliage heaven!
2. Hot Toddies at The Owl's Tail
My favorite local Upper West Side bar! There's just no bar quite as cute, quaint and full of good energy as The Owl's Tail - plus the outside seating area is the perfect place to enjoy fall sweater weather.
3. The Met's Rooftop Garden
It's the best place to take in the view of the leaves changing in Central Park, not to mention I'm excited to check out artist Hector Zamora's recently completed "Latice Detour" installation.
4. Jack's Stir Brew
Their maple-cinnamon latté paired with a vegan apple cider donut - too good to even try to describe!
5. Halloween
There is nothing cuter than children running around in costumes with the backdrop of brownstones decked out with fall florals and decor. My personal favorite streets to stroll this time of year are 80th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues and Perry Street in the West Village.
