She's A Total Fit Chick

When she's not supplying her tens of thousands of Instagram followers with major #OOTD inspiration, she's letting them in on her favorite workout routines and healthy recipes. 

"For me, it's all about variety. I love mixing high intensity interval training like Kamps Fit or Gabby Scheyen with slower toning workouts like Melissa Wood Health or my ten minute IGTV abs series," she told us recently in the midst of quarantine.
