When hundreds of thousands of people log in to play a live game of HQ Trivia, they're coming to see its wacky-slash-adorable host, Scott Rogowsky (and maybe the chance to win a couple of bucks while they're at it). But the mastermind behind-the-scenes of the cultural sensation is CEO and co-founder Rus Yusupov. Dude's got plenty of experience creating defining digital moments, as his last gig was co-founding a little platform you may have heard of: Vine. Despite his slightly confrontational reputation, Rus seems pretty on the pulse when it comes to giving the people what they didn't know they wanted.
