Chirlane McCray
NYC's First Lady Chirlane McCray certainly has influence where it counts: her husband, Mayor Bill de Blasio. In her own right, though, McCray is the Chairwoman of the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City, co-chair of the city’s Domestic Violence Task Force, and founded ThriveNYC, a mental health initiative which aims to end the stigma around mental health discussions and take care of city residents in need of mental health services.
