Tom, who's around 37, has been busy revitalizing downtown areas of his homestate of Arkansas though his hospitality company, RopeSwing, which is "dedicated to creating unique culinary, entertainment and cultural events." He's also an avid mountain biker and, along with his older brother Steuart, has poured a ton of money into cycling trails in Arkansas, aiming to turn the state into a go-to biking destination. He recently made headlines for denouncing the state government's anti-trans legislation.
