Stand At An Angle

Generally most women look best standing at an angle to the camera, somewhere between 20-45 degrees. This helps create a natural "S" curve/shape. Few women (other than some ultra-thin celebs) look as good facing the camera directly as they do facing at an angle. That's because facing the camera directly tends to make your midsection and hips look wider. Photographers often shoot at a downangle to reduce the width of the hips relative to the upper body.
