Destination Date Night Dinners
My husband and I had some exciting plans to visit our favorite vacation destinations this spring and summer, all cancelled, of course. Refusing to give in to disappointment, I decided it would be fun to bring these places to us.
I started an at-home dinner series inspired by all of the places we didn’t go, and every week we create a meal that celebrates each location. I enjoy the process of planning the experience - from determining the theme, and creating the invitation, menu and table setting, to planning the meal and post-meal entertainment - almost as much as the event itself.
