This new jewel box of a wine bar comes from restaurateurs-to-watch Rowen McDermott and Rebecca Johnson, who've taken over the former Vin Sur Vingt space to put their own spin on a laidback haunt for snacking and sipping. Filled with groovy interiors including flower-power painted tables, a disco ball-mirrored bathroom, and a swirling marble bar, the cozy haunt is serving up unique natural wines and, as they told Eater last year, "innovative and approachable dishes that highlight the mood of the season."
