Why it made the list: EMM Group's much-anticipated new venture, FINALE, is finally getting the attention its been waiting for. The new spot was supposed to be the home of Heidi Klum's annual Halloween party, but Klum did the right thing by postponing her party due to the storm. The cast of Twilight headed to Finale last night-- only two nights after the official opening-- to celebrate the last installment in the series, and set the tone for many more parties to come.
