The Parlour Room
You don't necessarily need to consider yourself a whiskey enthusiast to enjoy an evening at The Parlour Room, but you'll certainly be one by the time you leave. The sprawling bar and eatery is the latest Garment District hot spot from the Ragtrader's Mark Fox, located just next door in a former factory-turned-elegant cocktail den. Complete with a mezzanine, the 180-seat haunt is separated into various nooks for dining and imbibing, with an impressive copper bar and crystal chandelier at its center. Even more impressive, though, is its epic whiskey library. Featuring more than 400 types of whiskey, from the rare and imported to the locally produced, The Parlour Room in itself is practically a love letter to the golden spirit.
