The Sunken Lounge
The highly-anticipated resurrection of the TWA terminal at John F. Kennedy airport does not disappoint. The star of the midcentury-meets-space age hotel is, of course, The Sunken Lounge, which hearkens back to the more glamorous days of air travel. Operated by Gerber Group, the Instagram destination boasts 1960s classics like martinis and Old Fashioneds, along with on-theme creations such as the Come Fly With Me and Paper Plane. It's worth a trip even if you're not, well, going on a trip.
