Escape to Palm Springs at Greenpoint's new summer go-to, The Springs. Retro vibes dominate the airy interior space, which comes complete with spacious mint banquettes, but the sprawling outdoor patio is the place to be. A rainbow-painted fence, 1950s-style food truck, and endless seating makes it perfect for large groups or more intimate gatherings (wink wink) in need of a bit of fun. The strong, seasonally appropriate cocktails are designed by Sarah Boisjoli, formerly of Estela and Cafe Altro Paradiso.
