Shinji's is an immersive cocktail oasis, where theatrical techniques and innovative ingredients are used to create Japanese-inspired concoctions. Not only are most of the drinks shaken up tableside on a custom cart, they're also presented in the most fun ways imaginable. Take, for example, the Dirtiest Martini, which is served on a mirrored tray with freeze-dried olive powder that resembles a different kind of "bump." Cheeky!
