The Cools threw a party there, and Cynthia Rowley's show will be held there this week. Later this fall, Jason Pomeranc and the team
behind the Thompson hotel will claim it as theirs.
More Details: The space, which is possibly the last remaning abandoned building in downtown New York has an interior that is any decorator's dream. A giant glass skylight in the middle of the building looks down onto nine floors of beautifully adorned floors with one giant opening in the center.
