Today marks the end of Spring Fashion Week 2010. More importantly, it marks the end of an era. Today will be the very last time you will get to see vertically gifted models stomp the runways underneath the Bryant Park tents. Next fall, The Mercedes-Benz Fashion week is moving shop to the Lincoln Center. How to begin to commemorate the fun that has been had thus far at Bryant Park? Throwing a party with a host list of heavy list of club owners including Will Regan, Jeffrey Jah, David Rabin, Scott Sartiano, Richie Akiva, and Ronnie Madra is a good place to start.
Fern Mallis, founder IMG Fashion, and The New York Times are hosting "So Long Bryant Park" party tonight under the tents. The phrase "Models and Bottles" will most likely take on a whole new meaning.
IMG will have plenty of eye candy on their invite lists, while the details on the party will most likely be left up to the gentleman above who happen to own some of the hottest clubs in NYC like 1Oak, Double 7, Lotus, etc.
DJ's Belinda, David Katz, and Jus Ske will all be there.
We are excited to see how this party is set up, the entrance at the door is sure to be equally impressive. Stay tuned for our coverage tomorrow morning on how this collaboration between fashion and nightlife's finest members.
