Arlene's Grocery has been immortalized as an icon of the long gone days of rock in the Lower East Side. Formerly a bodega, this venue/bar has live bands that perform every night of the week. However, Mondays are "World Famous Karaoke Nights." This isn't like
any karaoke venue. Here, you get to pick a song and go up with a live band. Yeah, you read that right. This is the place to go if you want to feel like you're living your dreams of being a real rock star.
