I’m optimistic about the future of nightlife in NYC. I’m from here, so I know NY just has that “can’t-stop, won’t stop” vibe. A lot of venues we knew and loved closed which is sad, but it leaves room for new energy. NY is my city. It’s a lot of peoples’ city— maybe it’s our time to be instrumental in the rebirth of the nightlife. I hope the DJs, musicians, promoters and New Yorkers start to own the bars, venues and clubs as things begin to reopen.
