Construction (or a pandemic) hasn't stopped The Jeffrey from serving up bites and sips on the Upper East Side. In addition to its must-try frozen slushie drinks, you can't miss its Happy Hour Monday to Thursday, 4-7 pm and Friday 12-7 pm. We're talking $5 well drinks, $6 draft beers, and $10 Cocktails with a lively sidewalk crowd.
