Of A Kind For GofG: The Hill-Side Designers Curate Their Top 5 Food & Drink Spots

Emil and Sandy Corsillo have a lot going on when they're not designing limited editions for OfaKind. Not only do they design the buzzed-about, fabric focused accessories line The Hill-Side, but they  run the equally cool online shop Hickoree's. Here's where, according to Emil, they head when they need some sustenance, a little break and maybe a cheap lobster.

Gordon Bennett Pub & Grub: "This is the bar downstairs from our office in Williamsburg. We spend more time there than we'd like to admit. It is such a welcoming, friendly place, and we're friends with the owners and all the regulars. It's our cheers. We hosted our holiday party there last year, too." M. Wells: "This place is a few blocks from one of our factories, up in Long Island City. It's housed in an old diner, but with incredible food that's totally unusual for the setting-at reasonable prices. We love to set at the counter during the busy lunch rush and watch the controlled chaos. We just discovered it recently, but it is a new favorite and gives us an excuse to check up on our necktie production. The spaghetti sandwich is not to be missed." The Woods: "This bar is downstairs from our apartments, and it's got a great energy and a nice outdoor area.  The food from the taco truck on the back patio is delicious, convenient, and cheap- it's a great place for us to grab dinner after work."  (48 S. 4th Street, Brooklyn,718-782-4955)
