Rose Bar at The Gramercy
With the help of artist Julian Schnabel, owner Ian Schrager has given the bar at The Gramercy Park Hotel an entirely new, and much improved, look. The Spanish influenced decor is completed with eye catching art, including a print of Warhol's Rorschach that spans fifteen feet.
The cocktail menu is equally well curated and includes drinks like the muddled pineapple and strawberry flavored Rose Dragon and Ginger Fig Martinis. The Late Night Menu, offered from midnight on, includes bar food favorites like risotto croquettes and robiola pizettes.
