3. Seamus Mullen is going to be the chef at a seasonal cafe in front of The Standard Hotel. The restaurant will feature a menu of tapas and grilled dishes that are perfect for eating outside. The cafe is expected to open later this month, and will close on September 30. [NYTimes]
