The vaccine is here, the birds are beginning to chirp, and New York nightlife is officially back on track!
This Friday, March 19th, The Standard, High Line's iconic rooftop bar and lounge, Le Bain, will reopen for indoor and outdoor service.
Surely it's not been so long that you don't remember the hot spot's notorious disco-ball-lit jacuzzi, or jaw dropping views of the Hudson and downtown, or that it's elevator was the scene of Jay-Z and Solange's crazy scuffle!
While it won't yet quite be the clubby picture of people dancing up on one another and pushing their way to the front of the bar line (if you want that, I'd suggest heading to Florida), Le Bain's re-opening is a definite win for all socially deprived New Yorkers looking for some semblance of a nightlife scene.
The grass-covered outdoor terrace and indoor section will be open at limited capacity for reservations, Friday through Sunday from 4PM to 11PM with a seated-only environment allowing for proper social-distancing throughout.
See you there?
