Shinji's
A horseshoe-shaped bar topped in titanium gold granite anchors this Ken Fulk-designed space from the team behind Michelin-starred omakase eatery Noda. Named for Shinji Nohara, the "Tokyo Fixer" known as the inside source for everything Japan, Shinji's is an immersive cocktail oasis, where theatrical techniques and innovative ingredients are used to create Japanese-inspired concoctions. While the drinks are obviously the main event, the resplendent décor, which transports you to an underwater Octopus's garden, serves as the perfect backdrop for an extra special night out.
