Chloe Sevigny's new spring line for Opening Ceremony is predictably quirky and adorable. She celebrated the launch with a meet and greet at the Howard Street store that brought out fans and famous friends alike. This was followed by a party at Don Hill's that was so fun, I am still recovering.
