Shinji's is an immersive cocktail oasis, where theatrical techniques and innovative ingredients are used to create Japanese-inspired concoctions. Not only are most of the drinks shaken up tableside on a custom cart, they're also presented in the most fun ways imaginable. Take, for example, the Dirtiest Martini, which is made with Smogóry Forest Belvedere directly infused with freeze-dried olives, soy sauce, and olive oil infused with gold powder and spirulina algae. It's served with a liquid-nitrogen-chilled gold rim on a mirrored tray with freeze-dried olive powder that resembles a different kind of "bump." Cheeky!
