The From Sea To You At Reyna
You're obviously in for the royal treatment at Reyna, the newish Mediterranean tapas bar whose name means "queen" in Spanish. Though there are quite a few flashy cocktails to choose from (including the Eleanor’s Mistress, served in a lantern and topped with a white rose), we can't help but channel our inner mermaid queen with the "From Sea To You." It's Rum Diplomatico Blanco washed with coconut oil, almond syrup, clarified pineapple juice, lemon juice, toasted coconut bitters, white peach bitters, and white chocolate matcha powder (whew!) all shaken up and served on a golden seashell with with sand, shells, and a message-in-a-bottle.
