Monday: Parkside Lounge
It’s important (hilarious?) to note that the menu changes daily which, when you think about how many people will eat here only once in their lives, is just the height of (unnecessary?) decadence but somehow makes the meal even better because you know it will never be repeated.
A tasting menu demands a decent wine flight and that much wine makes it hard to say no to a nightcap so it was off to Parkside Lounge for what we thought would be just a quick one before we slipped into an epic food coma. Our pal, and fellow DJ, Kyle Supley who had embraced the holiday full throttle eased us back into the real world with his deap disco cuts, which meant we may have had a couple more quick ones than we’d planned to. Damn you, Kyle!
