It goes something like this: For $165 pp, start off with dinner and drinks by choosing either the newly opened, upstairs restaurant SNOB or the intimate, downstairs space El Privado at The Americano. Both spaces will offer an entirely different Chef's Tasting Menu with optional wine pairings and dishes like Violet Artichokes and Olive Oil Poached Chilean Sea Bass with spaghetti squash, crispy chickpeas and Ibearian saffron. After dinner, head to the ground floor for a party hosted by fashion DJs, Timo Weiland and Chelsea Leyland, co-hosted by The Wild Magazine.
