This Italian gem comes from the mountainous Trentino region, where sparkling wine is the prime export. Producer Ferrari Trento is arguably the best known in the area (they sponsor the EMMYs, NBD) and their classic Brut expression makes for a lovely celebratory midnight toast (or just drink it all night TBH). It’s balanced, toasty, and perfectly dry with super subtle exotic fruit notes and a very clean finish. This is a safe bet for any palate, and the value is unbeatable.
