If you thought we'd have to forget Governors Ball when organizers canceled this year's festival due to the coronavirus, think again. Gov Ball is back, and though they're doing things a bit differently this year, you can expect an epic weekend.
Gov Ball has curated a selection of unforgettable sets from over the years to be streamed on their YouTube channel this Thursday and Friday, June 25th and 26th. There are four live sets to tune in to on both nights starting at 8 pm EDT.
Kick things off on Thursday by letting Travis Scott transport you to Astroworld. Then tap into your alternative rock side and jam out to The Black Keys. Friday's lineup is just as thrilling, featuring everyone's favorite "Rockstar," Post Malone, and to close out the event, a rave-worthy DJ set by Major Lazer (get your glow sticks ready).
And it gets better! Proceeds from the two night extravaganza support Crew Nation, Food Bank For New York, and Equal Justice Initiative. To show your support, donate (if you are able to) on Governors Ball's website or purchase some #rare merch. Festival season is saved!
