I am enamored with movie montages and none more so that the rapid fire list of things that make Amélie Poulain happy: cracking crème brûlée with a spoon, skipping stones, putting your hand into a bag of grain. The soundtrack composed by Yann Tiersen is transportive and reason alone to watch Amélie.
