So, what types of tunes get her going and catching some air? "A great playlist has the potential to power you through a workout with more energy and determination than you knew you had in you! Everyone has different taste in music, but for me personally, I love upbeat music that I can sing along and dance to. Throw some great beats into a playlist and I can run faster, jump higher, and forget how tired my muscles are as I get lost singing along to my fave tunes."
