My clients want huge, iconic spaces with open floor plates and high ceilings upon which anything can be created. Because of the front-end work necessary in opening a venue, we either take long leases or multi-year management contracts. Skylight Limited is a new series of “pop-up” venues that may be around for a few months (maybe a year!), that we reserve for our best clients who always need something new.
