Interview: Of A Kind Co-Founders Claire Mazur & Erica Cerulo On Scents That Spark Their Inspiration & Style

Erica: Big picture: I oversee all of the words—from the stories to the product descriptions to the tweets!—at Of a Kind. But, that being said, we’re a really small team, so we all have our hands in tons of stuff. I also manage marketing and PR, do a decent amount of Excel-ing, and, you know, write lots of emails. Claire: It’s completely different every day, which is one of my favorite things about my job. But it almost always involves talking to designers about products we’re working on, overseeing a photo shoot or reviewing the results of one, checking out samples, and art directing or proofing materials we’re sending out or putting up on the site.
