You also have a mens class that's targeted to younger guys...

HA: The mens class is really fun. Our focus with the mens class is more of an introduction, so we do a lot of planking, and it's a little bit more upper-body focused because that's what men are interested in. And a lot of stretching. Do you find that more of your clients are experienced or novices? HA: It's definitely a mix. So at our West 3rd street location we've been open 2 and a half years, and I would say those first 6 months, there were a lot of people who had never done pilates before and were very inexperienced. And then we quickly grew a core base of people who were like 'this is awesome, I want to do it everyday!' And if you do something everyday for 6 months then you're not a novice anymore.
