Tell me about the title of the show, 'Safety In Numbers.'

Everything in here has its own story, yet collectively you can see that they're moments of really a modern life in New York. It relates to myself and the people in my world, and how we find safety in having followers, how many friends you have, what post-code you should live in because that makes you cool, how much money you've made, or don't make because you're so cool...like that's your safety net.

You go through a lot of different phases in your life; you still act on the outside like everything is going really great but you're actually having a really rough time. It's how you continually put yourself out there and have safety in remaining true to this image you've made of yourself, but behind closed doors you've got no pants on and you're shaking your ass at the dog because you've lost your fucking mind. That's a true story about someone I know (laughs).
