🎁🎄 These last few years I felt like there was a piece missing with the travel blog. We have these friends who do amazing things for their communities while we’re off traveling the world. 😛 We’ve talked about wanting to do more but had no idea what to do. Hoping this is only the beginning but as part of #givingtuesday, we’re partnering with @presencia_atl to raise $20,000 to provide young leaders with opportunities to travel to new places, explore new possibilities, and learn about themselves and their world. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ More about it “We often ask our young neighbors where they want to go in life. Many of them give us blank stares or pause as if they haven't dreamed about life outside of their current situation. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ Poverty, immigration concerns, and racial pressures often prevent them from exploring their world and dreaming about their place in it. This year, you can give the children of immigrants an opportunity to travel to new places where they can explore their own potential, personalities, and possibilities.
