Guiltless Greek Yogurt Eggnog

I love eggnog, but gulping down just a couple of them can really fill you up. With the richness of this Greek Yogurt eggnog, you get plenty of protein and flavor - without the guilt!

To make Greek Yogurt Eggnogg, whisk together:

-1 Quart Fat Free Greek Yogurt
-1 Pint Egg Beaters
-0.5 Cups Skim Milk
-1.5 Cups Maple Syrup
-3 Ounces Vanilla Extract 

*Note: This makes 2 quarts. Keep Refrigerated – good for 1 week

To Serve:
-Fill a glass full of ice, on the rocks
-Fill 3/4 full with Greek Yogurt Eggnogg
-Add 1.5 oz Bourbon, Brandy or Dark Rum 

Stir and finish with 2 pinches of freshly ground nutmeg.
