Gemma at The Bowery Hotel
Celebrate Easter, Italian-style. Gemma, New York’s beloved Italian trattoria at The Bowery Hotel is also extending their specials to Easter Monday in celebration of La Pasquetta. Chef Chris D’Amico is preparing delectable specials, including a Green and White Asparagus Salad ($12) to start, prepared with arugula, portobello mushroom, Caprino and balsamic vinaigrette, and rich main course of Baked Rosemary Scented Prosciutto Cotto ($23) served with new potatoes, baby carrots and zucchini. To seal the meal, indulge in the Pastiera alla Napoletana ($9), a Neapolitan Easter specialty, which is a rich cheesecake made with ricotta cheese and faro.
