Dream Midtown
The Rickey, a craft cocktail bar located on the first level of Dream Midtown, will open at noon following the Midtown holiday parade, making it a perfect stop for anyone looking for a drink or bite to revel in the post-parade excitement. Starting at 3 pm, guests can move upstairs to the rooftop at PHD Terrace – the perfect spot to visit after (or mid!) work day. To fully immerse guests in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit, the menu will include festive bites including Corned Beef & Cabbage Spring Rolls with Guinness Mustard Dipping Sauce and Guinness Stew as well as a specialty cocktail, Irish Lass (Tullamore Dew, St. Germain, lemon juice, simple syrup and cucumber).
