Scottish Spring Julep
Ingredients:
1 ounce Johnnie Walker Black Label
1 ounce Prosecco
2 Ripe Strawberries
4-5 Mint Leaves
1 Sugar Cube
Mint Sprig for Garnish
Method:
1. Muddle sugar cube, mint, and strawberries in the bottom of a Julep Tin
2. Add in the Johnnie Walker Black Label and fill with crushed ice
3. Top with Prosecco and more crushed ice
4. Garnish with a mint sprig
