How do you think smaller and more intimate classes benefit members?

Colette: It is really important to take note of the trainer to client ratio in any fitness class you take. There comes a point where the trainer likely can’t see you. An intimate class setting allows us to really get to know our clients, see movement patterns on everyone, ensure their safety and connect with what challenges they need at that moment. You pay good money to take a class and you deserve to soak up all the trainer has to offer.

Aly: In my mind, the benefits of intimate class sizes are twofold. One, clients are receiving personal attention from our trainers - making sure they’re working to the best of their ability, using their bodies safely and effectively. Two, it’s important for people to feel acknowledged. Especially in this city where everything is always go-go-go, that business shouldn’t that bleed into your fitness routine. We want our clients to know that with us they are seen, they are cared for, and we are so honored that they’ve chosen to make us a part of their routine.
